If your printer or copier is producing too many copies (sometimes it's the number of copies squared, e.g. 3 copies requested = 9 outputted copies) follow these steps to remedy the issue:
1) Add the Generic formatting control options PPD to your printer
2) Under directprint PDL Config Options, set 'PDL Copies command' to 'Disable - do not send.. '
3) Allow 30 minutes or force refresh on the client by hitting the refresh icon next to 'Active printer list'
