Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access Print Server Settings

1. Open the Settings App:

   • Click on the Start button and select Settings (the gear icon).
   • Alternatively, press Windows + I to open the Settings app directly.

    

2. Navigate to Bluetooth & devices:

   • In the Settings window, select Bluetooth & devices from the left-hand menu.

    

3. Go to Printers & scanners:

   • Click on Printers & scanners in the Bluetooth & devices section.

    

4. Open Print Server Properties:

   • Scroll down and click on Print server properties under Related settings.

    

Step 2: Create a New Form (Custom Page Size)

1. Create a New Form:                                                                                                          

   • Check the box that says Create a new form.
   • Enter a name for your custom form in the Form name field (e.g., Custom Size 1).

    

2. Set Custom Dimensions:

   • Enter the desired dimensions for your custom page size in the Form description (measurements) section.
     • Units: Ensure that the correct units (inches or millimeters) are selected.
     • Width: Enter the width of the custom page size.

1. Select the Printer:
