If you would like to copy configurations from one printer to another printer. Please follow the guide below:
The following settings will be copied:
- Printer driver
- PJL
- Retries
- Do not query
- Advanced settings (PPD) configuration
- Duplex capability
- Duplex (long-edge) back-sheet treatment
- Printer color override
- Default paper select
- SNMP configuration
- Go to the printer list and find the printer that you would like to copy and select the check box next to the printer.
- Click the cog to copy the printers configuration.
- Select the target printer you would like to copy the connfiguration to and click copy configuration to target printer.
- Once you have done this it will show you if there was any errors and if it was able to modify the target printer you selected.
