Disabling CUPS & other printers on Chrome OS
Overview
To reduce user confusion, we suggest disabling local CUPS support on Chrome OS. This will result in only Coreza Print defined printers being displayed in the printer list.
The following steps outline how to achieve this:
- Log in to the Workspace Admin console.
- Navigate to Devices -> Chrome -> User & Browser
- Search or scroll down to the 'Printing' section.
- Locate 'Blocked printer types' -> DIsable all printer sources except for 'extension'
