First-time installation
- If you have not already been provided with the Coreza Print app for macOS, please request it from your IT administrator.
- The Coreza Print installation file for macOS is a standard DMG installer which is commonly used to install software onto Macs.
Please locate the 'directprint_io-installer.dmg' file from your finder. In this instance, the dmg is within my downloads folder.

- Next, double click on the file, after a second or two you will be presented with the following view:
Install Coreza Print view
- To complete the installation, simply, drop and drag the direcrpint.io icon into the Applications folder. Once you have completed this run the Coreza Print app for the first time by double-clicking the Coreza Print printer icon.
N.B. You only have to run the Coreza Print manually for the first time after installation. When your Mac starts up in the future, the Coreza Print will automatically run.
Re-installation
- Please complete all steps as listed above, and click 'replace' when prompted by the system.

Uninstall
To remove the Coreza Print application you need to take several steps;
- Locate the Coreza Print app within your Applications folder.
- Right-click on the Coreza Print application and click 'Show Package contents'.
- Right-click on the 'Contents' folder and click 'Move to Bin'.
- Next, ensure the Coreza Print application is not running. To do this click on the Coreza Print application in the menu bar.
When the icon appears in the dock, right-click on it and click Quit. - Now in Finder right-click on the directprint.io application icon and choose "Move to Bin".
