Please follow this guide if you need to export logs from Event Viewer.
1. Open Event Viewer.
2. Expand Applications and Service Logs.
3. Click on Universal Print Service Log.
4. Click Save All Events As...
5. Save the file in a location you can easily find for example Downloads.
6 Email the file to support@directprint.io
